I live in Seattle now. But every time I come back to C-ville I try and visit this tea shop that I had I spent so many hours in growing up . I still feel comfortable, welcomed , and childlike excited to visit . Then I leave with some bags of tea to take back to the PNW with me .

The Chai tea milkshake was so good that I'll definitely be coming back.
Not someone who smokes but some friends brought me here specifically for the the chai milkshake and it didn't disappoint.
The place here is real cute, and another friend recommended studying here during the day and I can definitely see why. Super cozy atmosphere !
The milkshake itself was so tasty; just the right flavor and texture. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Liked the use of paper straws too~ Will say that it was a bit pricey for a milkshake but I've never seen a chai tea milkshake so it last worth the price.
I haven't eaten anything here so I can't say about the food. But my friends have smoked here a few times and have enjoyed every experience. -

This is a quirky hidden gem. The overall aesthetic is very earthy and the tea options were extensive. I had the Jin Xuan and the description for the tea was spot on. I loved the whole appeal for the tea joint...from the seating arrangements to the eccentric decor. The prices were reasonable and the staff were knowledgeable. Definitely a spot to try even if you're not an avid tea drinker.

So glad we came upon this hidden gem on the 2nd floor of a building within the Cville downtown mall. We shared a white tea along with a smoked salmon salad and a smoked salmon sandwich. Absolutely loved the smoke salmon since it was my first time and really dug the relaxed feeling of the tea room. We'll be back!

Easily the best tea bar I've ever been to, anywhere. Rarely do places like this exist, for anyone who loves tea - REAL loose leaf, thoughtfully sourced and brewed tea - this place is a must. A couple times a week I would come here, find a good nook, cross my legs, and go through a pot. I also love their mezzeh and salads, and often will get some snacks as well. It's nice to have some healthier options in cville food wise. They also do a great job preparing hookah for anyone who's into that. Check the schedule online or on facebook for happy hours and music nights, sometimes the set up impedes chilling or work.
